As the UX Director for an early stage start-up, I owned the design of a software platform to help empower retailers and activate a new world of retail experiences. My focus was on finding ways to optimize the digital presence of physical stores and drive online traffic into unique offline shopping experiences.
Nike has been successful in partnering with Brickwork to lead the charge of reinventing retail and creating valuable, unique, omni-channel customer experiences.
Brickwork has created consumer journey’s for Nike appointment booking but they were all dependent on a user visiting a store page or a service page. For the next generation of experiences offered by Nike we wanted to explore new ways to optimize existing flows and pages as well as introduce more product focused experiences.
